1. The more times you enter, the greater your chances of winning.
2. You must be 18 years or older to enter this competition.
3. Competition is open to all except the staff of Broadway Sweets and their immediate families. Broadway Sweets reserves the rights to disqualify any person that it knows of or has reasonable grounds to believe is ineligible for the competition as a result of this rule.
4. Prize is awarded at the discretion of the judges and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
5. Broadway Sweets reserves the right to cancel or amend the competitions and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Broadway Sweets control.
6. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winners will be contacted by phone if not present at the draw.
8. Entry forms must be completed on the day of purchase and placed into the entry box in store. Till slip must be retained and presented to verify winning draw.
9. Every Thursday, a draw will be held in each participating store to select three winners. This will take place from October 1st until the end of November
10. Competition ends at the end of November 2024.
